Laure Calice


Laure is a co-founder of LLG. Prior to LLG, Laure was a member of an American-English law firm in Paris where she specialized in employment law for over 15 years.

Laure advises French and International clients with respect to most of French employment law issues such as drafting and enforcing of employment contracts (including variable remuneration provisions, non-compete or confidentiality clauses); dismissal procedures either individual or collective; relations with employees’ representative institutions and unions (including elections, collective agreements and harmonization of collective status); collective redundancy plans; TUPE regulations; working time legislation; social security law (including social security adjustment procedures); profit-sharing.

Throughout her experience, Laure has developed an extensive practice in Labor & Employment law to provide practical advise to her clients.

Laure holds a Masters in Employment law from the University Paris II Pantheon-Assas and a Masters of Law (LLM) from the University of California (Davis). She is admitted to both the Paris and California Bar.
